FAQ

1. Do you offer corporate gifting?

Please contact us at personalisedbypolly@gmail.com    +64 27 367 4353 for all corporate gifting & custom engraving enquiries. 

We try our best to respond to all enquiries within two business days, and thank you in advance for your patience. If it urgent, please call Polly on the above number. 

2. Can I cancel my order or return it once I have placed an order?

Unfortunately we have a strict no cancellations policy. Our glasses are engraved within 1-2 business days and therefore cannot be returned for a refund.

3. What do I do if my order was broken or damaged in transit?

Please email us at personalisedbypollynz@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your glasses with a photo of the breakage. Or send us a DM on Instagram here

Upon approval, our team will contact you to organise a replacement (or a refund). We ask that you do not return the item as it is not safe to post broken glass. 

4. How do I take care of my glasses?

We suggest you hand wash your personalised glasses for the best result. You can polish your glasses for that *extra* shine with a soft polishing cloth. We reccomend to avoid tough scrubbing brushes on the glasses.

Once you have washed your glass(es), you can leave them to air dry or simply dry with a tea towel. Please avoid pouring ice cold drinks into the glass after washing with hot water and allow a cold glass to reach room temperature before pouring hot liquids.

5. Do you offer AfterPay as a payment option?

 

Not yet, we are in the process of setting this up
